Linda Morgan, BMus/NLP General Practitioner, has over twenty years of experience in the field of education.
Ten years of working in Senior Management within a very fast paced growing business environment, Linda has a complete understanding of challenges faced by organizations today within areas as diverse as sales and marketing, customer service, human resource management, leadership, and revenue generation. Linda draws upon this experience to fully understand the needs of each organization and to support the team members to set higher personal standards for performance and productivity which ultimately affect the bottom line. 40% increases in staff retention, 80% referral business and 25% annual customer base increases are just a few of the results of Linda’s influence.
Some of the HR specific results of Linda’s work have been:
- Creation of a stream-lined and measured hiring process for an organization, designed 5 years ago and still used today.
- Building of recruiting partnerships with 9 Provincial Organizations to support the above system.
- Performance Management System development through a collaborative approach with department heads of an organization, designed 4 years ago and still used today.
- Implementation of complete HR systems for an international organization on Profit’s top 100 fastest growing organizations list.
Some of the instructional design and facilitation highlights of Linda’s work have been:
- Development of a three week new staff training program that is now accredited by the University of Ottawa.
- Development and facilitation of a global program introducing a complete shift of business approach.
- Consistent participant evaluation scores of 90% or higher.
- Use of a coaching approach in classroom settings which enriches and deepens the learning experience.
Linda has also worked locally with The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario, Manulife Insurance, Seneca and Mohawk Colleges, McMaster University, University of Western Ontario, Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Ottawa in the areas of Communication, Leadership and Strategic Planning. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Human Systems Intervention through Concordia University in Montreal.
