Jackie’s corporate experience includes successful career of twenty-plus years in sales, marketing and management roles working for industry leaders as well as start-ups in the information technology sector. As a million dollar club performer, she knows what it takes to achieve sustainable results. Whether working with individuals or teams, she utilizes a balanced scorecard, results oriented framework to ensure strategic integrity and alignment of goals with organizational direction.
While earning her credentials in leadership and developmental coaching, she had the privilege of serving as virtual Chief Coaching Officer for Leadership University. Serving a community of approximately fifty coaches and one hundred clients, her primary responsibility was to connect, clarify and commit people and systems to right action. She continues to gain greater mastery by learning from her clients as well as through on-going studies related to leadership, adult development and talent management.
Currently Jackie serves on the Governance and Ethics Committee for the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations and is a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation. Previous responsibilities include serving as co-chair of the Small and Mid Sized Business Committee for the Mississauga Board of Trade.
